As the construction process has become ever more complex and demanding, the firm has become increasingly flexible in it's approach to quantity surveying methods of contracting procurement.

The traditional approach with full design, bills of quantities and competitive tendering is still often the best solution.

Contracts based on bills of approximate quantities, two stage tendering and construction management can be better on fast track, where design overlaps construction.
